Las Vegas Probate and Estate Planning Attorney and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
When it comes to your retirement and long-term planning, do not leave your future to chance. Making sure your family’s financial needs are adequately taken care of comes with careful planning. When it comes to financial services, not everyone’s needs are the same — some people can afford to make risky investments and others cannot. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ can review your financial situation and help match your needs and goals with the options available.
Proper Financial Services Now
Can Eliminate Worry in the Future
For quality legal representation from a Las Vegas estate planning attorney who is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, contact Cassady Law Offices. When you bring your financial services needs to our office, you can rest assured that you are placing your case in the hands of a lawyer who is qualified to help with financial matters.
Las Vegas attorney Jasen Cassady sits down with each individual client and makes a close examination of their assets, their income needs, and their ability to tolerate risk. He makes recommendations regarding investments, such as the stock market, mutual funds, and fixed term annuities. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, he has undertaken rigorous training and testing by the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Board of Standards, which includes the following requirements:
Education
CFP® professionals must develop their theoretical and practical financial services knowledge by completing a comprehensive course of study at a college or university offering a financial services curriculum approved by the CFP Board.
Examination
CFP® practitioners must pass a comprehensive two-day, 10-hour CFP® Certification Examination that tests their ability to apply financial services knowledge in an integrated format. Based on regular research of what planners do, the exam covers the financial services process, tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning, state planning, investment management, and insurance.
Experience
CFP® professionals must have three years minimum experience in the financial services process prior to earning the right to use the CFP® Certification Marks. As a result, CFP® practitioners possess financial counseling skills in addition to financial services knowledge.
Ethics
As a final step to certification, CFP® practitioners agree to abide by a strict code of professional conduct, known as the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, that sets forth their ethical responsibilities to the public, clients, and employers. The CFP Board also performs a background check during this process, and each individual must disclose any investigations or legal proceedings related to their professional or business conduct.
